A thorough assessment that looks at your movement patterns and muscle balance can help identify possible areas of weakness/breakdown in your body. Based on the assessment, an exercise program will be designed to correct faulty movement patterns and muscle imbalances to not only help prevent injury, but to also improve your performance of favourite activities.
